2. Service purpose

Snaap.it is a SaaS platform developed by P Society allowing users to create shortened links (snaaps) from long URLs, with advanced features including customization, password protection, expiration, and analytics. P Society makes its best efforts to provide a quality Service, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, bugs or interruptions.

Analytics data collection

Snaap.it automatically collects analytics data when users click on shortened links (snaaps), including: geolocation (country, city), device type, browser, operating system, and click timestamps. This data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. P Society is committed to using this data solely for the purpose of improving the Service and providing analytics to users.

3. Service access

Access to the Service may require the creation of a user account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• Credentials (email, password) are strictly personal and confidential
• Any fraudulent or abusive use may result in account suspension or deletion by P Society
• The User is responsible for any activity carried out with their credentials

Age requirement

The Service is reserved for persons aged 16 and over. Minor users (between 16 and 18 years old) must obtain parental or legal guardian authorization before creating an account and using the Service. By creating an account, the User guarantees that they meet this age requirement or have the required authorization.

4. Financial conditions

Use of the Service may be:

• Free with limitations (limited number of snaaps), or
• Subject to a paid subscription (monthly or annual) to create more snaaps with advanced features

In case of paid subscription:

• Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and may be modified at any time
• Payments are made exclusively via Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew at expiry, unless terminated by the User
• No refund will be granted, except for mandatory legal provisions
• Access to the Service is suspended in case of non-payment

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the consumer User acknowledges and accepts that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the execution of the Service begins before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (software, interfaces, texts, images, logos, trademarks, databases, API, algorithms) are protected by current legislation and remain the exclusive property of P Society or its partners.

• The User has only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use
• Any reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation without written authorization is prohibited

6. User-generated content

Snaap.it allows users to create shortened links (snaaps) from URLs. Users may create and customize content including:

• Shortened URLs (snaaps) with custom codes
• Titles and descriptions for snaaps
• Passwords to protect link access
• Expiration dates for snaaps

Rules and restrictions:

• The User remains the owner of their content, but grants P Society a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce and distribute this content within the framework of the Service
• The User guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the published content and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights
• The following content is strictly prohibited:

P Society reserves the right to moderate, suspend or delete any content deemed inappropriate or illegal, as well as to suspend or delete user accounts and snaaps in case of repeated violation of these rules. P Society also reserves the right to block or delete URLs pointing to illegal or malicious content.

Responsibility regarding URLs

7. Responsibilities

P Society's responsibility:

• The Service is provided « as is », without express or implied warranty
• We are not responsible for indirect damages such as data loss, loss of business, business interruption or commercial prejudice

Limitation of liability regarding analytics:

User's responsibility:

• The User is solely responsible for their use of the Service and the data they introduce
• They guarantee P Society against any claim related to this use

8. Personal data

P Society collects and processes personal data solely to ensure the functioning of the Service, in accordance with GDPR.

9. Usage limits

Snaap.it applies usage limits to ensure service quality:

• Free plan: Limited number of snaaps (shortened links) that can be created
• Paid plans: Higher limits according to plan (Starter: 500 snaaps, Pro: 5,000 snaaps, Premium: 50,000 snaaps, Ultimate: 500,000 snaaps)
• Limits may be modified at any time with prior notification
• Abusive use of the service (spam, mass link creation) may result in temporary or permanent account suspension

10. Termination

The User may terminate their account at any time, either from their profile settings (if available) or by contacting P Society at contact.nukloop@gmail.com

• Termination of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• P Society reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these ToS
• In case of termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Created snaaps and their analytics data may be kept for technical reasons for a maximum of 90 days
• Some anonymized data (aggregated click statistics, anonymized analytics data) may be permanently retained for Service improvement, analysis and research purposes, in accordance with GDPR

11. Force majeure

P Society cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in the execution of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:

• Server or infrastructure failures
• Service interruptions from providers (Vercel, Stripe, etc.)
• Natural disasters, social conflicts, or political events
• Regulatory changes affecting the service

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

In case of translation of these ToS into other languages, only the French version is legally binding and prevails in case of contradiction or divergent interpretation.

13. ToS modifications

P Society reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the site. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

• Users will be notified of important modifications by email
• The last update date is indicated at the top of this document
• In case of disagreement with the new conditions, the user may terminate their account
